How do I create constraint queries for "give me" questions?

In this article we explain how to set up an overview that contains constraints. Typically a view contining a constraint answers a so called "Give me"-question. An example of such a "give me"-question is: "Give me all articles that do not have a topic", which is shown in the figure below. Please watch the video to learn more.
